Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luna Steps. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Here are the estimated delivery dates after the purchase has been confirmed:
- Mexico: 7 to 21 business days. (We'll try to expedite this process as quickly as possible.)
- International from 14 to 28 business days
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations beyond the seller's control).
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it's available. You'll be notified by email so you can follow the delivery status at every stage. You can also track the progress of your shipment here .
Customs, Tariffs and Taxes
Luna Steps is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid taxes, customs charges, or return to sender, we will refund only the cost of the product and retain the shipping costs.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo and email it to us at atencion@lunasteps.com.mx immediately. We will only replace damaged products within 48 hours of receiving your order.
